As a Lead Warmer, you’ll play a crucial role in our sales team, responsible for converting leads into qualified sales opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, building relationships and identifying their needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Receive and qualify leads from various sources
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential customers, understanding their needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Needs Analysis: Conduct basic needs analysis to determine the suitability of our Motor VAPs solutions
- Data Entry: Accurately record lead interactions, customer information, and sales opportunities in our CRM system
- Sales Support: Collaborate with our sales team to provide leads, support, and insights to drive sales growth
Requirements
- Education: Matric
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Organizational Skills: Basic administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
