We’re seeking a skilled Retention Agent to join our team, focusing on retaining existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, address customer concerns, and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Retention Strategies: Develop and implement effective retention strategies to minimize policy cancellations
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients’ coverage aligns with their needs
• Upselling/Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse client data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

• Insurance industry experience (short-term insurance preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., insurance certifications)
